Craig Renzulli
Founder & Chief Strategy Officer
Craig brings more than 20 years of staffing industry experience and has helped lead Balance Staffing's evolution from a local staffing company into one of the largest staffing firms in the U.S. His experience includes national expansion, high-volume workforce programs, rapid ramp-ups, and coordinating recruiting and delivery resources across multiple markets.
At TC Tradesmen, Craig leads strategy, growth, and the development of a workforce model built specifically for large-scale commercial and mission-critical construction.
Tyson Scott
Co-Founder & CEO
Tyson brings a combination of workforce leadership and firsthand operational experience. Before joining Balance Staffing, he spent 17 years leading manufacturing operations for a major building-materials provider, giving him an operator's perspective on productivity, safety, workforce reliability, and the consequences of labor falling short.
Over the past 12 years, Tyson has helped build and lead Balance Staffing's domestic and international operations, developing recruiting and delivery capabilities designed to support significant workforce demands across multiple markets.
As CEO of TC Tradesmen, Tyson is responsible for building an operation capable of delivering skilled construction talent at the scale, speed, and consistency major projects demand.
Alexandra Iten
VP of Operations
Alex has spent more than a decade at Balance Staffing leading enterprise workforce programs and supporting some of the company's largest and most demanding hiring ramps. She specializes in the human-capital logistics required to mobilize large workforces quickly—coordinating recruiting, operations, markets, and resources across the country as demand shifts.
At TC Tradesmen, Alex brings that experience to workforce mobilization and delivery, helping ensure large-scale projects have the people they need, where they need them, when they need them.
