Craig has 20 years experience in staffing and has led nationwide expansion efforts, leading Balance Staffing from a small, local company to one consistently recognized as being one of the largest in the US. He specializes in high-volume programs, steep ramp ups, and cross-site coordination that keep complex schedules on track.
Tyson Scott
Co-Founder & COO
Tyson has spent 10 years running operations for Balance Staffing. During his tenure, he has led a national operational expansion, building a world-class team that support large-scale labor demands anywhere the needs exist. Prior to Balance, Tyson spent 17 years running manufacturing operations for a large provider of building materials.
John Moss
Managing Partner & Chief Financial Strategist
John founded Balance Staffing in 1997 and now guides Financial Strategy for TC Tradesmen. He brings decades of staffing leadership, a national network, and a hands-on approach to building reliable capital support for staffing large-scale commercial projects.

TC Tradesmen is the construction division of Balance Staffing, founded in 1997. Balance Staffing grew from California across the Southwest to nationwide reach, with a focus on skilled trades and reliable labor.
In 2025 we launched TC Tradesmen, based in Idaho, to serve large-scale commercial construction and industrial projects. We tap into the extensive recruiting network Balance Staffing has built for 28 years to mobilize dependable crews with speed and clarity.

In 1997, Balance Staffing opened its doors in California with a focus on skilled trades and reliable labor. From the start, the mission was simple: match proven craftspeople with employers who value safety, quality, and steady output.
Growing Across the Southwest
As demand grew, Balance expanded from its California beginnings into key regions across the Southwest, including multiple locations throughout Texas. That growth was powered by a hands-on recruiting model, strong site relationships, and a network that delivers when schedules are tight.
2025
Launching TC Tradesmen
In 2025, we introduced TC Tradesmen, the construction division of Balance Staffing. Based in Idaho, TC Tradesmen draws from the same established staffing network that Balance has built and refined for more than 17 years, now focused on large-scale commercial construction and industrial support.
