Our Roots in Skilled Trades
TC Tradesmen is the construction division of Balance Staffing, founded in 1997. Balance Staffing grew from California across the Southwest to nationwide reach, with a focus on skilled trades and reliable labor.
In 2025 we launched TC Tradesmen, based in Idaho, to serve large-scale commercial construction and industrial projects. We tap into the extensive recruiting network Balance has built for more than 17 years to mobilize dependable crews with speed and clarity.

Built on Balance Staffing's Foundation
In 1997, Balance Staffing opened its doors in California with a focus on skilled trades and reliable labor. From the start, the mission was simple: match proven craftspeople with employers who value safety, quality, and steady output.
Growing Across the Southwest
As demand grew, Balance expanded from its California beginnings into key regions across the Southwest, including multiple locations throughout Texas. That growth was powered by a hands-on recruiting model, strong site relationships, and a network that delivers when schedules are tight.

Launching TC Tradesmen
In 2025, we introduced TC Tradesmen, the construction division of Balance Staffing. Based in Idaho, TC Tradesmen draws from the same established staffing network that Balance has built and refined for more than 17 years, now focused on large-scale commercial construction and industrial support.
